KUFICON 2026: Food Vendor Application

Join us at KUFICON 2026 and connect with passionate content creators, filmmakers, and storytellers from across the country. As a vendor, you’ll have direct access to an engaged audience actively seeking tools, services, and partnerships to elevate their creative work.

Vendor Benefits Include:
  • Booth space in the food/cafeteria space
  • Access to all panel discussions and workshops
  • Listing in official event program and website
  • Networking opportunities with creators and industry professionals
  • Social media promotion across channels
  • Digital marketing materials for your business
  • One admission ticket per booth

Vendor Package:

$800.00 (Approval Required). Price goes up to $1000 after July 15th.

Vendor booths include only one admission ticket per booth. Additional team members attending must purchase Standard or VIP tickets separately.

-Arrival & Setup:

  • 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM on Aug 28th
  • 8:00 AM-10:00 AM on Aug 29th
  • 8:00 AM-10:00 AM on Aug 30th

-Guests arrive by

  • 2:00 PM on Aug 28th
  • 9:00 AM on Aug 29th
  • 9:00 AM on Aug 30th

-Event Hours

  • 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM on Aug 29th
  • 9:00 AM-11:00 PM on Aug 29th
  • 9:00 AM-6:00 PM on Aug 29th

-Booths close at

  • 10:00 PM on Aug 28th
  • 6:00 PM on Aug 29th
  • 6:00 PM on Aug 30th

Vendor Requirements & Eligibility

To ensure a high-quality experience for all attendees, vendors must meet the following criteria:

Required Qualifications:
  • Commitment to Day 1, 2, & 3 of the summit (Aug 28, Aug 29, Aug 30, 2026)
  • Payment of vendor fee (price goes up to $1000 after July 15)
Vendor Rules & Guidelines:
  • Setup must be completed by 2:00 PM on Friday (Aug 28), 8:00 AM on Saturday (Aug 29), 8:00 AM on Sunday (Aug 30)
  • Booth must be staffed at all times during event hours
  • No solicitation outside designated vendor area
  • All promotional materials must be approved by organizers
  • Noise levels must be kept reasonable and not disrupt panels or workshops
  • Vendors are responsible for their own booth setup, fumiture, and displays
  • No subletting of booth space without prior written approval
  • Compliance with all local health and safety regulations
Best Practices:
  • Design an eye-catching display-make your booth visually appealing and on-brand
  • Engage actively-greet attendees, start conversations, and offer product/service demos.
  • Have marketing materials ready-business cards, flyers, or QR codes for easy follow-up.
  • Offer a takeaway-free samples, branded swag, or an exclusive event only promotion.
Application Deadline: All vendor applications must be submitted by Aug 1st, 2026. Space is limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis after approval

      • One admission ticket per booth

      $400.00 (Approval Required) Price goes up to $500 after July 15th
